Well well well, it’s been so long; almost 3 months that I’ve not posted anything in this blog. Was I busy? What happened that I suddenly stopped writing in one of my most updated blogs? The reason is Google again. Now what did Google do this time, you might be wondering? I should probably have posted this long time ago but I wanted to wait for sometime and then later I was so busy with my other blogs that I totally forgot that I have a blog named 547thcrusaders.com too.

Anyways coming to the reason why couldn’t better to say why I didn’t updated my blog is because Google probably banned my blog. The posts in my blog used to get cached in an hour and it used to have more than 18,000 indexed pages but few months ago when I checked the web cache in Google, it was gone and there were no indexed pages; not even a single page. I was shocked. I thought there was some error probably and it would be fixed but it didn’t. I asked for reconsideration like more than 2 months ago and haven’t yet heard from them. I don’t know whats wrong with Google. Treating us like nothing. Any why? Coz it’s big? Coz it’s an internet giant? I really have enough of all this and I deny to be treated like an insect. But when I think what can I do? I really am an insect in the world of internet compare to Google and it can do whatever it wants. If my site was very popular like facebook or yahoo or twitter then probably the absense of my blog in Google won’t matter me much but it isn’t and it really hurts my revenue as most of my traffic used to come from search in Google.

I don’t really know what to write right now. It’s all mixed emotions that’s flowing in my mind. God what should I do with this site? Should I keep writing or is this the end?

Zynga is a very familiar name to almost all Facebook users who play some kind of social networking games in Facebook. Yes, you must have seen the name on the top or bottom while playing FarmVille (the top Facebook game for this month) or Mafia Wars or Texas HoldEm Poker or YoVille. If just I had known beforehand that Godaddy is such a pain, I’d never had registered a domain there? But it wasn’t my fault after all because I didn’t register the domain. It was transferred freely to my account from another Godaddy use. A year later when I logged in to renew the domain, I had to go thru all those stupid offer pages even though I didn’t wanted to add any. I selected paypal as payment method as I am from Nepal and I couldn’t use other payment options but then the lightening hit me when I was asked to add another credit/debit card. God!!! Was I shocked? I already had a credit card verified, then why is it asking me to add a new one? No one else has ever asked me to do that? Then I thought it’s better for me to transfer my domain to another registrar (Namecheap as I have many domains there). But then again Godday would easily let me go huh? I kept looking for the EPP key (authorization code) here and there but couldn’t find anywhere because I wasn’t that much aware of Godaddy’s interface that much.

Later on I figured out how to do it:

• Login to Godaddy
• Click the “Manage Domains” link
• Click on the domain name you wish to transfer
• Click on “Authorization Code: Send by Email”

The authorization code will be sent to the administrative contact for that domain by email. Still, the transfer wasn’t completed. I got a mail later from Godaddy Inc. that I should reconsider my thought on transferring the domain and I can still cancel the transfer and I can do so in next 4 days. I still had to wait for 4 days to get it transferred. Then I was like what if I had thought of transferring just 4 days before the expiry? So, from now on it’s not Godaddy but Nodaddy for me.
