“Gosto de criar celular toques para o meu celular” - I love creating ringtones for my mobile (I’ve been trying to learn Portuguese lately). It’s one of my hobbies and passion. During my leisure time, it’s what I do and what entertains me the most (after playing basketball). Well, before I didn’t knew about those cool software that are used make ringtones, I used to record voices and sounds and use them as ringtones in my mobile. Some of my created recordings were really crazy and popular among my friends. So, you can see that you don’t really need any type of expertise to create ringtones. All you need is a little bit of creativity and also you’ve gotta be a little crazy too. After all a ringtone is just the sound made by a telephone to indicate an incoming call, isn’t it? How you create a ringtone, doesn’t matter if it strikes your ear drum.
You can use softwares though if you really want to be a professional ringtone maker. Some of the softwares you can use are Mobile Music Polyphonic, Oxygen Ringtone Workshop, MAGIX Ringtone Maker and the Ringtone Converter. Also there are online tools too which you can use to create ringtones from any of your favorite song. MakeOwnRingtone.com, Mobicious.com, Mobile17.com are some of the such popular online tools. But if you think that you are lazy enough to create your own ringtones then “Você pode baixar toques gratis facilmente”. Opps!!! It means you can easily download ringtones for free. Just a quick search over your favorite search engine and WALLAA…a never ending list of sites will appears from where you can download ringtones without spending a penny out of your pocket or your brain too.

People must have used free sms sending services over the internet. But how many are familiar to a similar service in a mobile phone. Of course you can browse the same page that you can through your computer and then send sms from that site from your mobile but here is an easy way out. You can just download this free software called cellity freeSMS and use it to send free sms from your mobile. But this software has a big drawback i.e. it’s not just the sms message that gets to the received. With the message go a long link and an advertisemen
t of this software. So, only may be 10 letters of your message will reach the receiver. Anyways, this software still can be used in case of really short smses. I am using it and I must say I am pretty satisfied. It is free after all. One more thing that I forgot to mention. The phone must have internet connection for this software to work. I suggest my readers to give it a shot.

Do you know how to take a picture of your computer’s screen while doing your works? Most of you’ll answer yes I do? Ok good…the shortcut to take a shot of screen is Ctrl + Print Screen keys of your keyboard. Now, who can tell me about taking a shot of screen in mobile phones? If you don’t know then here is the solution… great software Mobile ScreenShot. Note that your phone must be Symbian OS. The version ScreenShot Ver 2.45, I’ve used is a freeware. Just install its various versions according to your mobile phones and feel the great.
Now, I’ll tell you how to use it.
After installing it, run the application Scrnshot from your mobile
Then get back from the software clicking Back key of phone. The application is still running in your mobile phone. You can see it by holding your menu key for few seconds.
Now you are ready to take pictures of your screen. Click edit (pencil icon) key on your keypad of phone with the very <joystick> or <ok> key. Note that it is the default shortcut for clicking the picture. You can change it to edit + <*> key or edit + <#> key. The captured photo will be saved in your default location phone memory or memory card.
You can capture the picture in .jpg, .png, .bmp, .mbm even in 3 options high, normal and low quality. And you can also send it to any other with the help of mms, Bluetooth or infrared. Note it depends upon your mobile phones.
