Comments are the responses left by the other SEO experts on the SEO forums. These replies could be in a form of a question or a response. Usually, the thread is the place where a majority of the questions are posted and the responses are typically the answers to the initial question. There could be multiple comments on each thread/topic.

The problem with forums is that you never know who is giving you advice. I would always recommend getting a second and third opinion to confirm anything that you have read.
